One of these motorists, identified as a delivery rider in his 30s, had been riding his motorcycle on the highway.

He had plans to return to his hometown the following week to attend a family wedding, making the circumstances even more heart-wrenching.

A cousin of the delivery rider, who took to Facebook under the name Nurul Nazihah, shared a poignant post on the evening of August 17th.

In the post, she mourned the loss of her cousin and shared a photograph of him, depicting him wearing a black T-shirt and sunglasses.

She expressed her deep sorrow and mentioned that she couldn’t fathom the pain of realizing her own cousin was involved in the tragic accident.

The victim was identified as Muhamad Hafiz Muhamad Salleh, a 32-year-old food delivery rider from Sungai Petani, Kedah.

He happened to be on the Guthrie Highway near Elmina, Shah Alam, when the private jet crashed onto the road at approximately 2:40 pm.

The private jet was carrying six passengers, including Pelangai assemblyman Johari Harun, as well as its two pilots.

The tragic incident claimed the lives of all individuals on board the aircraft, along with Mr. Muhamad Hafiz and another individual who was in a car on the highway.

Nurul Nazihah shared that she had witnessed a distressing video showing the burning body of one of the motorists around 4 pm on that fateful day.

The realization that her own cousin was among the victims came later, after sunset prayers, when the police informed Mr. Muhamad Hafiz’s mother about the tragic news.

Tragically, Muhamad Hafiz was planning to return to his hometown to help with preparations for his sister’s wedding, which was scheduled for August 26th.

After the necessary procedures, his body will be brought home and laid to rest at Taman Sidam Kiri.
