Dugong Pilipino SG hosts blood drive to address Group O shortage

Earlier this year, in January, Dugong Pilipino SG hosted a similar event, gathering both regular and first-time donors to help boost the local blood supply.

The drive was organized in response to an urgent appeal from the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) and the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), both of which highlighted a critical shortage of Group O blood stocks in Singapore.

This shortage underscores the pressing need for blood donations within the community.
